Souls from seeds and earth

I was always creating souls. Evil souls, noty souls, crazy souls, scary souls, gentle souls, fabulous souls. Creating dolls is something spontaneous and unconscious. This project started randomly, a day that I found an oak gall which was definitely a head, outside the farm where the recidency seeds (https://projectseeds.eu/)was taking place (https://quintadasrelvas.pt/). After a doll was created suddenly who was keeping me company in my process. One of the mentors from the residency show the doll and found a soul on, it encouraging me to continue exploring the process of making dolls, which I did. These dolls were born in Quinta das Relvas farm and we had the chance to participate together in three exhibitions where they lived for a month, hanging, chilling, vibing, taking care of each other and welcoming the visitors.
